Amber Church ATC, PTA


Amber-Church-ATC-PTAAmber graduated from Wright State University with high honors, earning a Bachelor of Science in Education degree with a major in Athletic Training. She received her license in Athletic Training in 2009. Amber enjoyed working in the orthopedic setting but wanted to expand her knowledge in the field. She then studied at Kent State University, completing the Physical Therapist Assistant program and graduated with an Associate of Applied Science degree. She became a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 2012.

Amber has been working for Tuttle Rehab since it opened in March of 2010. Amber also works in a local assisted living facility as needed on the weekends. She enjoys working with a wide variety of patients and seeing them improve their lives by providing a hands-on caring approach to their therapy needs. Amber’s passion and love for the field of rehabilitation drives her to continuously look for new opportunities to further her education and expanding her knowledge. Amber has recently completed training and certification through OccuPro, to become a Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator and a Certified Industrial Rehab Specialist.
When not working, Amber enjoys coaching and playing softball and has been pitching since she was very young. She has been the head softball coach at a local high school for the past 3 years. She played softball at the collegiate level and enjoys teaching her skills to young athletes. Amber also enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cheering on the Buckeyes, shopping, scrapbooking and crafting.

Christy Gordon PTA


Christy-Gordon-PTAChristy, is a Fairborn High School graduate and native of Fairborn, has been working in the healthcare field since high school. She has been a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant since 2010.  She studied at Sinclair Community College and received her Associates in Applied Science, and then on to receive her PTA license.

Christy has experience in a variety of settings including outpatient, skilled nursing, and inpatient rehab facilities, but her favorite setting is outpatient therapy where she has been able to develop relationships with patients and help improve their quality of life. She currently runs the Tuttle Rehab office in Enon/Fairborn full time and also works extra on the weekends at a local Nursing Home/Rehab Facility.

She loves her job, most importantly she enjoys talking with a wide variety of patients and finds it very rewarding helping them reach their goals and getting them back to their normal activities of daily living. When not treating patients, Christy enjoys spending time with her family and friends. A hobby of hers is going to car shows and cruise-ins with her family. Christy has a golden retriever that she hopes to train into a Therapy Dog and use him in local facilities to further help patients.
